• Joel Minty - creator, writer

  Joel is an English Literature BAH originally from Toronto, Ontario with an interest in storytelling of the humorous variety. He likes to say, "Marshall McLuhan was a dick: the message defines the medium," loosely meaning that a good story and good characters will transcend all entertainment mediums, be it art, dance, TV, movies, books, comics, or video games. He really feels like The Sword and the Fish is a gem of a world and has worked hard to bring his dream to fruition - in ALL mediums. He is The Sword and the Fish creator and the writer of the pilot issue #1 "Oops."

• Alex Row - artist

  Alex is a fine arts major from Sheridan College living in Toronto. Interested in all kinds of art, his work can be found here. Pictured above is a self portrait from a Halloween wherein he dressed as The Joker. We decided this was the most apt depiction of his personality. The debate rages on over who looks the most insane. He is The Sword and the Fish artist and the illustrator for the pilot issue #1 "Oops."
